Terms of Service

1. The service

ShipPost turns your GitHub commits and pull requests into AI-generated social media post drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing the content yourself — generated posts are suggestions, not guaranteed to be accurate.

2. Accounts

You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data from our systems.

3. Plans and billing

The Free plan includes a limited number of generations per month. Pro is 9 USD per month or 90 USD per year, billed through Stripe and renewed automatically until canceled. Generation limits reset monthly and unused generations do not roll over. We may change pricing with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings → Billing. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or unused generations. This does not affect any refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country. If you were charged in error, or something went wrong on our end, email warren@walters954.com and we'll sort it out.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use ShipPost to generate spam, abuse the API, or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.
